HOW WE RUN THIS

Why Our Live Roulette Runs Fairly

Every live roulette title in our lobby comes from studios that publish their audit status and RNG or physical-wheel certification on request. We do not build our own wheel software — we carry certified third-party streams so the outcome integrity sits with the provider, not just our word. Here is what that means for you in practice.

Studio-Certified Wheels

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live use physical roulette wheels in their studios. Each wheel is calibrated regularly and its results logged. You watch the same stream every other account holder sees.

Published RTP Where Available

RTP for each roulette variant is shown on the game info panel only when the studio exposes it. We do not manufacture a percentage — the figure comes from the provider's own data.

Encrypted Table Connection

Your live roulette stream and all bet data travel over an encrypted connection. This covers both the video feed and the chip-placement events sent back to the studio server.

Session History in Your Account

Every roulette round you play is recorded under Account History with the table name, bet amount and outcome. You can cross-check any result against what you saw on the stream.

o9win Inside Our Live Roulette Selection

Inside Our Live Roulette Selection

Our live roulette tables run through Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, two studios whose wheels are audited independently for outcome integrity. You can choose classic European Roulette for a lower house edge on the zero pocket, or switch to Lightning Roulette for the multiplier rounds that land on top of standard straight-up bets. Speed Roulette keeps the pace fast — one spin

every 25 seconds — so you are never waiting long between rounds. Players in Shah Alam can reach any of these tables through the mobile browser with no extra download needed. RTP figures are shown where the studio publishes them directly on the game screen.

TABLE HELP PATHS

Help While You Are at the Roulette Table

If something interrupts your live roulette session — a disconnection mid-spin, a bet that did not register, or a question about how a side bet works — here is how to reach us. Our team handles roulette-specific queries through three channels, so you are never left waiting on a vague queue.

Team online

Live Chat

Reach an agent directly through the chat icon in your account. Describe the table name and round number so we can check the session log and respond with the right context.

Email Support

Send a screenshot of the roulette round in question to our support address. We trace each round ID against the studio's server record and follow up with a written reply.

Account Dispute Log

Unresolved roulette bet disputes can be logged through the Account Help section. Each case gets a reference number so you can track the review without chasing us repeatedly.

Live Roulette Glossary for Malaysia Players

New to live roulette or just want to check a term before you sit down? These definitions cover the words you will actually see on the table and in the betting panel.

01
What is the house edge in European Roulette?

The house edge is the mathematical advantage the casino holds. European Roulette has a single zero pocket, giving a house edge of roughly 2.7%, lower than the American version with two zero pockets.

02
What does 'straight-up bet' mean?

A straight-up bet is a wager placed on a single number. It has the highest payout ratio on the table — typically 35 to 1 — but also the lowest probability of winning on any given spin.

03
What is a neighbour bet in roulette?

A neighbour bet covers a chosen number plus the two or four numbers sitting next to it on the physical wheel, not the table layout. It lets you bet on a wheel segment rather than a single position.

04
What does RTP mean in live roulette?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered money returned over many rounds. In European Roulette this figure is around 97.3%, published by the studio where available, not invented by us.

05
What is a call bet or announced bet?

A call bet is a preset group of numbers drawn from a specific section of the wheel, such as Voisins du Zéro or Orphelins. You place them as a single action rather than individually on the table layout.

06
What does 'no more bets' mean?

'No more bets' is the live dealer's verbal cue — and an on-screen timer countdown — signalling that the betting window has closed before the ball settles. Chips placed after this point are not accepted.

Live Roulette Questions We Hear Most Often

These are the questions our account holders ask before or during their first live roulette sessions. Each answer reflects how our lobby actually works, not a generic casino response.

Our lobby carries European Roulette, American Roulette, Speed Roulette and Lightning Roulette from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. The available tables are listed once you open the Live Casino section of your account.

Yes. The live roulette stream loads in your mobile browser directly. No separate download is needed — just log in, head to the Live Casino tab, and the table opens in the same browser window you are already using.

Open your account wallet, select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, enter your amount, and confirm with your app PIN. Once the transfer clears, your balance updates and you can join any live table without delay.

The studio server records every spin outcome independently of your stream quality. If you reconnect before the next betting window closes, your session resumes. Bets already placed before the drop are settled based on the recorded result, which you can verify in Account History.

Speed Roulette completes a spin roughly every 25 seconds by removing the extended betting intervals between rounds. The wheel mechanics and payouts are identical to standard European Roulette — only the pace changes, which suits shorter sessions.

Access depends on local law where you are located. Where local law permits, you can open your account from Johor Bahru and reach the full live roulette lobby through any internet-connected device without restriction on our side.
